Margento’s operations are based on a patented payment terminal using voice to transfer transaction data. The terminal modulates transaction data into voice signals and sends them to the transaction center through the voice connection previously established by the customer with his mobile phone. Thus, customer’s phone serves as a communication device between the terminal and payment center.
